When you use Chicken World, we collect:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo if you sign up via email or Google.
• Delivery Address: Full address, landmark, city, PIN code, and optional latitude/longitude coordinates you provide for delivery.
• Order History: Products ordered, order amounts, payment method, delivery status, and order notes.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for push notifications.
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens used to send order updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and deliver your orders
• Send order status updates via push notifications
• Provide customer support
• Improve our products and services

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, push notifications, crash reporting
• Supabase: Database and backend services
• Google Sign-In: Optional social login

These services have their own privacy policies governing data handling.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Firebase and Supabase cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access controls.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data (including saved addresses and order history) until you request account deletion. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed; requests made via email are processed within 7 business days. Order records are not retained after account deletion.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Update your name and profile information within the app
• Delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen
• Request account deletion via email if you no longer have access to the app

7. Account Deletion

To delete your account and data:

• In-app: Go to Profile > Delete Account
• Web request: Email akashkumarnaik948@gmail.com with your registered email address

Upon deletion, your profile, saved addresses, and order history will be permanently removed. In-app deletions take effect immediately; email requests are processed within 7 business days.
